Match&Buy is a pre-launch product. Some features described on our website are in development or planned, and this policy will be updated as those features become available.

Information you provide directly: name, email address, market or city, the audience type you select, and any details you submit through an early-access or partner form.

Preference information: onboarding answers, must-haves and deal-breakers, and in-product signals such as saves, likes, skips, shares and feedback.

Optional connected sources: images, boards or third-party accounts that you explicitly choose to connect. Connecting a source is never required to use Match&Buy.

Technical information: device, browser, approximate location derived from network information, and usage events needed to operate and improve the product.

3. How we use information

To build and maintain your match profile and to rank properties by personal fit.

To generate the reasons shown alongside each recommendation.

To connect interested buyers with agents, brokerages and inventory partners when you choose to make contact.

To operate, secure, measure and improve our products.

4. Automated inferences and your control

MatchAI infers preferences such as design taste, lifestyle needs and neighborhood priorities. These inferences are visible to you, editable at any time, and can be removed.

Match&Buy does not extract private social data automatically. Where a connected source is used, it is permission-based and revocable.

5. Sharing

We share information with agents, brokerages or inventory partners only in connection with an inquiry, match or contact you initiate.

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, communications and security. They may process information only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal preference data without explicit, separately disclosed consent.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or withdraw a permission, by contacting us through the partner and privacy contact listed on our website.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, and we will notify affected users of qualifying incidents as required by applicable law.

8. Children

Match&Buy is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
