By using the Match&Buy website, joining our early-access program, or using our applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Pre-launch status

Match&Buy is under active development. Features described as in development, integration-ready or planned may change, be delayed or be withdrawn. Early access does not guarantee availability in a specific market or on a specific date.

3. Nature of the service

Match&Buy provides discovery and matching tools. We are not a broker, lender, appraiser or legal advisor, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing or condition of any property.

Match scores and match reasons are informational aids. They are not a valuation, recommendation to transact, or professional advice.

4. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to use the service lawfully.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Professional and partner use

Agents, brokerages and inventory partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights of the listings and content they publish, and for complying with fair-housing, advertising and data-protection obligations in their market.

6. Intellectual property

Match&Buy, MatchAI, our interfaces and our content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the service.

7. Third-party services

The service may reference or interoperate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices, and any such integration is only active when it is explicitly described as live.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match&Buy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on match results.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
